If 7 days have passed since your order delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.


To Be Eligible for a Return

Your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.


Refunds Will Not Be Processed If:

  • The product is returned after 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging.


Refund Timeline

Once your return is picked up, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.

Damaged, Defective, or Mismatched Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please record a full unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
Make sure the shipping AWB number is clearly visible at the start of the video.

This helps us process your request quickly and maintain complete transparency.
