4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery timeline is 3–7 business days, depending on the location.
Tracking information will be shared via SMS or email once the order is shipped.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or unforeseen situations, but we’ll assist in resolving any such issues.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of order delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes the quality check.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method; for COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
Note: Items bought on sale or under clearance are not eligible for return unless defective.
